The PGH is supported by a 24-hour Emergency Response Call Center that
operates 365 days a year. The function of the
Call Center is to determine the location of the individual and to ensure the
appropriate emergency personnel are dispatched to the individual's location.
All Emergency Response Operators are fully trained to ensure the most professional assistance
is provided.

The Personal Guardian Handheld (PGH) system is an emergency notification
and response device designed to quickly assist individuals with emergency
situations. The PGH system utilizes today's state-of-the-art technologies,
including Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) technology.
